Do you offer a way to download the whole title?

As a rule, the majority of titles and chapters are currently not available for download due to publisher copyright restrictions. However, select publishers do allow downloads. See the next FAQ item for more details.

I hear that Books24x7 offers PDF downloads. How do I download the PDFs?

If your subscription permits PDF downloads, they are offered at the chapter level for most titles through the Chapters to Go™ feature.
- If Chapters to Go is available for a given title, a 'Chapters To Go PDF Download' will appear in the Tools menu while viewing a chapter.

Complete title PDFs are available to download from the following collections:
- AnalystPerspectives (select titles)
- ExecSummaries
- ExecBlueprints

How do I change my login and email preferences?

From 'User Settings' you can see your username and email address on file. To set your personal preferences use the main Books24x7.com application instead of Books24x7 on the Go.™

I'm not finding the search results I think I ought to. What are some suggestions?

When using the Books24x7 search engine (or most others, for that matter), there are a few basic guidelines to follow:

Start as generally as possible. You can always narrow your search by adding terms and choosing to search 'Last Title List'.
Be aware of Boolean terms like AND, OR and NEAR. If you try and use these as part of your search text it may be misinterpreted and unnecessarily narrow down your search.

You don't have a title I'd like to read. Are you going to publish it soon?
